Online Exchange policy
To exchange an item within the 14 days period, please contact Online Customer Service through our page on Facebook share with them all information about what items you need to exchange . You can exchange from the nearest branch or via courier in there will be shipping fees applied. The item has to be in its original status and not used or it won’t be eligible for exchange from our side.
Online Refund policy
When we ship the item via courier the customer has the right to open the shipment and check the size before payment so, there is no Refund allowed except for rare cases and it has to be by agreement with the authorized seller person .
and in this rare cases refund is through 3 days from delivery and it has to be through courier and the shipping fees will be deducted. After the item pickup and its return to our side it undergoes a checkup process by our Quality Control personnel to make sure the item in its original status.
After the checkup process and even the payment was cash the refund will be through bank transfer or Vodafone Cash. After 7 working days from the quality control checkup , the transfer will be made to the customer
